These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FullStack Forge and your participation in our bootcamp program. By signing up or purchasing access, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Who We Are

FullStack Forge is a UK-based online coding bootcamp providing hands-on, project-based software development training. All services are delivered remotely.

2. Payment

  • The full course fee is £2,500, due in full at the time of enrolment.

  • No payment plans or recurring billing options are currently available.

  • Pricing includes access to coding bootcamp group & 1-on-1 sessions (dependent on your needs), and the creation of a 50_ project portfolio with support and mentorship.

3. Refunds

  • We offer a full refund if requested within your first five (5) attended sessions.

  • Refunds requested after five sessions will not be granted.

  • Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details on eligibility and how to request a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, curriculum, materials, and code examples are the intellectual property of FullStack Forge.

  • Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

5. Student Conduct

By enrolling in FullStack Forge, you agree to:

  • Treat staff and fellow students with respect and professionalism

  • Not share login credentials or materials outside the course

  • Not use course content for commercial training purposes

We reserve the right to remove students who breach these expectations.

6. Access & Availability

  • Access to live sessions, mentoring, and resources is limited to the duration of your enrolled cohort.

  • We may update or improve content at any time to reflect new best practices in the tech industry.

7. Disclaimer

While we support your growth and skill development, FullStack Forge does not guarantee employment upon completion of the course.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
