Refund Policy

Applies to: All FullStack Forge bootcamp participants

1. Overview

We are committed to providing you with a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This refund policy outlines your rights and our obligations when it comes to requesting a refund.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of your bootcamp fee if:

You request a refund on or before your fifth attended session
You have not breached any terms of the FullStack Forge agreement or code of conduct

This applies regardless of whether sessions are 1:1, group-based, or project-guided.

3. Definition of a Session

A “session” includes any structured instructional time provided by FullStack Forge, including but not limited to:

Live group classes
One-to-one coaching or mentoring
Instructor-led project sessions

Each attended session is recorded for transparency.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@fullstackforge.co.uk with the following:

Your full name and the email address you registered with
The number of sessions you’ve attended
A brief statement that you wish to cancel and request a refund

We aim to confirm eligibility and process all approved refunds within 5 working days.

5. Refund Limitations

After you have attended more than five (5) sessions, the program becomes non-refundable. This includes both full-pay and payment plan participants.

Refunds apply only to your first enrolment and cannot be transferred to future cohorts or programs
Partial refunds are not available beyond the five-session window
Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment where possible
